Omg that’s mental!!

Nature always likes to throw up surprises. Saw this on Saturday at Linwood Warren SSSI. A Silver Birch tree growing out of an Oak tree. The seed must have found itself in a crack in the Oak. Silver Birches are not normally parasitic, so this is very strange!! Will be interesting to see how long it survives?
